When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Products are typically dispatched within a day of order confirmation.

Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. On most occasions, someone will be required to assist the driver on arrival as part of the pre-arranged delivery service.

Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 14 working days to receive your goods although it will generally be sooner.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. 

If you've given us an undelivered address or contact information and causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on re-sending the parcel to you.
