We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery after you receive your order confirmation email.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Items returned by post can take up to 10 working days to reach us once you have posted the parcel. When your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 days working days to credit your account.
Follow these steps to return your online purchase:
1. Contact us. Get in touch to notify us that you would like to return your purchase. Please include your order number and the product code of the product you would like to return. If you are a registered customer, your order number can either be found on the delivery despatch note sent in your original delivery parcel or in your order status.
2. Package your return. All individual items must be in a saleable condition and returned in their original packaging with the tags intact. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.
3. Documentation. In the parcel, include your original delivery despatch note and complete the 'reason for return' code. This will enable us to process your return more efficiently.
